what a partner does
you know a founder who has a product that works and no reliable way to get in front of the people who should buy it. you introduce us. that is the whole job. you do not sell, you do not manage the account, you do not sit on the calls unless you want to.
what you are paid
20% of our fee. a fifth of what we invoice for the work, paid in cash once we have collected it. to be exact about what that is a percentage of: it is our fee for the technology and the service, never a share of anything a company you introduce goes on to raise, and never contingent on any outcome they achieve.

what counts as your referral
this is the part that causes arguments everywhere else, so here it is in advance. a referral is yours when all four are true:
- you made a warm introduction by email, or booked the call yourself, and we can point at the message.
- the company was not already in our CRM with a conversation in the previous 90 days. if it was, we will tell you within two business days and nobody wastes time.
- they start a paid engagement within 120 days of your introduction.
- they pay. the fee follows collected money, never invoiced money.
payment goes out within 30 days of us collecting. if two partners introduce the same company, the earlier introduction wins and we will say so to both of you.
who this works for
fractional operators, agency owners with clients who need something they do not sell, accelerator and community leads, and people who spend their week talking to founders anyway. it does not work as a volume play. one good introduction a quarter is worth more to us than twenty names pasted into an email, and the fee structure is built that way on purpose.
