build it in real time
planning a movement and starting one are not the same skill.
there's a moment when an idea stops being a plan and starts being a thing. most people never let it cross that line. they research it, they pitch it, they wait for a permission that never comes.
the better instinct is to manifest it in real time. you do not announce the movement, you start it, live, where people can watch the thing get built. the act of building in public is the launch.
i felt this hard today. an idea that could have sat in a doc for months instead wanted to exist that night. the difference between those two paths is not the idea, it is the willingness to make it real before you feel ready.
