the uncomfortable thing

the hardest part is rarely the idea or the product.

two founders, same day, almost the same illness. one had a strong product, a real market, a working system to reach people, and was still stuck. not because the leads were bad. because actually sending the messages, every day, is uncomfortable, and the discomfort kept winning.

the other could book more meetings in a day than most people book in a month, and had no one willing to sit down and close them.

different symptoms, one disease. the hardest part of building a company is almost never the idea, and it is rarely even the product. it is the small uncomfortable act you have to repeat every day when no one is watching and nothing feels like it is working yet.

the people who win are not smarter. they are just willing to do the boring, slightly painful thing again tomorrow.

which uncomfortable thing have you been avoiding this week?
