Kraken

Kraken is one of the few exchanges that survived multiple cycles with reputation intact. In BD, the job was not logo hunting. It was structuring partnerships banks, fintechs, and institutions could actually ship: compliance, liquidity, and product fit across jurisdictions.

That experience sharpened a skill I still use daily: translating between regulated balance sheets and open protocols without dumbing down either side.
