CSE: MATA, bitcoin treasury
President (2024–2025)
Matador was built for a simple institutional idea: a North American listed vehicle that treats bitcoin as balance-sheet infrastructure, not a marketing stunt. The mandate parallels the best corporate treasury stories: disciplined acquisition, transparent reporting, and capital markets fluency across TSX-V, OTC, and European listings.
As President, the work spanned investor relations, partnerships, and the operating rhythm of a small public company that has to explain both bitcoin and equity simultaneously. That is a narrow band of founder profile: technical enough to understand the asset, patient enough to survive volatility, and articulate enough to keep regulators and shareholders aligned.
The chapter closed in 2025, but the lesson carries: public-market bitcoin is where narrative, compliance, and treasury math have to be one conversation.
Across two decades the thread stayed coherent: earn credibility in technical and regulated environments, then help founders and institutions move capital and conviction at the frontier of bitcoin, AI, and robotics.
