five people built more than fifty would have

put the right people in a room with no agenda.

saturday night i hosted a call for a founder group i run. five people showed up out of ninety. it turned into the best hour of the week.

with no agenda, they started designing their own social network. a spatial map where you hover over a member to see what they are building. a framework where everyone states the most valuable thing they can offer and the most important problem they are solving. even a little 2d world where members walk around and talk, because video calls break past fifty people.

when you put the right people in a room with no agenda, they build the agenda. they did not need a facilitator. they needed a container.

what would your community build if you stopped programming every minute of it?
